The Hochberg lab

Plant hydraulics and irrigation

ABOUT

ABOUT

about.jpg

We are studying the physiology of water transport in plants to understand plants response to drought stress and develop sustainable water-use strategies for agricultural ecosystems. We focus our research on osmotic adjustment, hydraulic conductance, xylem cavitation and stomatal regulation.
